6. Rights regarding personal data protection

6.1 What rights do students and other interested parties have regarding their data?
6.1.1 Access to personal data.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, the right to access the data and information related to its processing.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data being processed.

You have the right to be informed of the purpose for which your personal data will be used, the identity of the data controller, and to know the entire privacy policy applied to your data.

6.1.2 Rectification of inaccurate data.

You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

6.1.3 Deletion of personal data and right to be forgotten.

You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data without undue delay.

The data controller shall be obliged to erase personal data without undue delay when any of the following circumstances apply:
  • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed in any other way;

7. Source and categories of the data we process

7.1 How do we obtain your personal data?
ICNS obtains personal data from the following sources:
  • information provided by students and interested parties when they register on the website or through registration forms and documents;
  • information sent to us by students and interested parties by email, post, and electronic messaging;
  • information provided by students to teachers;
  • information sent to us by financial institutions for the purpose of making payments;
  • information provided to us by internet and telecommunications service providers regarding the IP address and login details of users who access the website via the internet.

7.2 How do we guarantee the accuracy of the data?
Students and interested parties must declare and guarantee that the personal data they have provided during the registration process, in the registration forms or in their emails or electronic messages, is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, without prejudice to the data supervision carried out by the ICNS staff responsible for processing.

12. OTHER ISSUES
